Age 2 Age
"Those who cannot remember the past are doomed to repeat it" - George Santayana // I've always wondered what life was like for those who grew up in a world before the one I knew. My curiosity led me to have these, I think, frank conversations with some exceptional people. For all the criticism that African men & women sometimes get for being emotional recluses...here we speak freely about life, romance, music, art and heritage.

Change Management Simplified Podcast
Welcome to the Change Management Simplified (CMS) podcast. This podcast aims to provide clarity about what change management is about and how it plays a critical and pivotal role in your work (those project or change management professions) and personal life. The examples used and lessons learnt will be based on my experiences and knowledge gained over 15 years of working on projects or change initiatives to help the listeners avoid the same re-occurring pitfalls and failure. It will also in some cases touch upon how life throws curve balls at us in our personal lives that force us to change
Introducing CBT for low mood and depression
Depression is among the most common mental health problems faced by students. In this series of podcasts, we look at what depression is and how it can impact student life, and offer some ideas and techniques to help you through it. Drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach for the treatment of depression, they provide a framework for thinking about ways in which depression and low mood can keep you stuck, and some practical tools you can try out either on your own or with the help of a counsellor. Importantly, these podcasts are not intended to be used as a replacement for counselling or therapy for those who may need it. Rather, the hope is that will give you some ideas which might be part of a process of understanding more about yourself and, ultimately, feeling better.
