Living Content
This podcast is to affirm and give permission to my African sisters who like me, for many years didn’t know how to hold space for healing, joy, and love. Who didn’t know that joy is for them too and they too deserve the luxury to heal in safe beautiful spaces that honors and recognizes our wounds. This the place where conversations about healing are made less awkward but more normal. I am not here to tell you you need fixing, you’ve been told that too many times. I am here to tell you that you can remember who you truly are.
What Now Merilyn?
Anything and everything that prevent society from functioning "normally"
Coffee with Ngwanuuza
Coffee with Ngwanuuza is a relaxed/light talk (depends who's looking) show hosted by the Original Ngwanuuza, Kgomotso Garebakwena We tend to exist within very many faces and are usually very apologetic about who we are, our struggles, achievements, downfalls and wins. Ngwanuuza is the inner voice that says keep on going, that hums that no one can destroy what they did not build. A movement, a vibe, a person, a mother, sister, aunt, queen.
BWConnecSpaces
A space for active dialogue and constructive engagement for BW SMEs and corporate.
life gets weird
Life gets weird. Really weird, and it is so easy to think that you're the only person going through that weirdness. Sometimes all you need is someone to remind you that we've all been there before. That, and a spicy margarita. So I hope that that is what this podcast feels like to you, a comforting chat over spicy margs... or whatever drink your heart desires.
