As Miss Wisconsin 1997, she spent the year touring the state talking to children and adults about overcoming crisis. Nicole lives in Aberdeen, South Dakota. During the basketball season, you can find her in the stands with her three kids cheering wildly for her husband, Saul Phillips, and his Northern State University Men’s Basketball team.
