Hai! Saya Analisa Widyaningrum. Saya seorang Psikolog Klinis. Nama adalah doa sangat terjadi pada diri saya. Apa yang biasa saya kerjakan sesuai dengan nama saya. Tugas saya menganalisa apa yang terjadi pada diri manusia. Saya sangat senang bisa membantu orang lain untuk menemukan jalan keluar atau harapan baru. Saya juga senang membagikan apa yang saya tahu kepada orang banyak. Di zaman tanpa batas ini, saya ingin ikut serta menciptakan 'positive vibes' melalui media sosial. Karena saya percaya pikiran yang positif akan menular.

我々は若者である。 未来にはきっともっと素敵な事があるに違いない。 そんな幻想が常に心の中にある。一方で、”実際に何をしたらいいのかわからない””やりたい事が見つからない”と時間だけを浪費しているのも若者である。 「若さ」とは未熟という事でもある。未熟なので本来の力が発揮できていない。 しかし、何もできないから何もしないのではない。 試行錯誤をしながら前に進んでいけるのも「若さ」である。 人生は手探りで前に進む。しかし真っ暗な世の中だと、どこにどう進んで良いのか分からない。明かりが必要である。 いつの世にも輝いている人はいる。 誰にでも尊敬する人や目標としている人がいる。 それは親や先生、アイドルやスポーツ選手かもしれない。 夜空に輝くお星サマだって、最初は何も無かった。 輝ける人になりたい。 しかし、がんばっている若者自身も輝いている事は自分では気づいていない。 後ろにいるもっと若い人たちの道しるべになれている。 立ち止まって後ろを振り向いた時だけ、沢山の人が付いてきていると実感できる。 我々は何か作品を残したいわけでも有名になりたいわけでもない。 そんな事は後ろを振り向いた時に分かる事であり、立ち止まったときに分かる事である。 「若さ」とは未熟が故に前しか見ていない。 そして立ち止まらない。 真っ直ぐ自分の思い通りに動くこと。 正解なんてどこにも無い。 自分の生きている道が正解である。 死んで輝くスターより、今を精一杯輝いて生きたいだけだ。 みんなで今を楽しく生きる。 それが幸せな生き方だと思っている。それが伝わればそれでいい。
