Whether you struggle with overwhelm, anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, burnout, or perfectionism - it’s time to break through whatever is holding you back. It’s time to get unstuck, overcome your fears, shift your mindset, and chase your big dreams. Friend, you are worthy of an extraordinary life in and beyond motherhood. I’m your host Michelle Grosser, a certified Trauma-Informed Master Life Coach, attorney, professor, wife, and mom. I’ve been there - right where you are. I was an attorney running a busy law firm by day, law school professor by night, all while trying to parent my kids, pour into my marriage, and keep up my home - and what I found was that I was on the fast track to burnout. The good news is that there’s a better way. Each week I’m going to coach you on the work that builds an epic life. We’ll discuss all things motherhood, mindset coaching, nervous system regulation, and emotional well-being so that you can create a life designed by faith over fear. Get ready to learn about regulating your nervous system (and why it’s so important), setting boundaries, worthiness, true self-care tips, work-life balance, imposter syndrome, parenting, and how to harness your mama-bear intuition. This podcast will elevate, empower, and equip you as a human being and a mom. It’s time to extend yourself compassion, re-focus your intention, raise your vibe, and alchemize the parts of you that will lead to a deep spiritual transformation. You’ll laugh, cry, and know you’re not alone in your motherhood journey. So, if you’re here to do the inner work and you’re ready to expand, I’m here to join you on the journey. The Good Enough Mother

The role of being a Mother offers us the potential for incredible expansion, growth, and power, while also being one of – if not THE – most challenging, undervalued, and taken for granted roles in the world. Motherhood Studies Sociologist, researcher, and single Mother, Dr Sophie Brock hosts The Good Enough Mother (TGEM) podcast with an aim to change how Motherhood is culturally defined and individually experienced. TGEM draws its name from a theorist and pediatrician Winnicott, who highlighted the ways ‘good enough’ parenting is actually what is best for our children – not perfectionism. The podcast centres the Mother as the starting point for conversations with experts and change-makers who are passionate about seeing social, cultural, and institutional change to better support Mothers and therefore our families, and communities.

Beck's Backseat to Change

We love our children and we would do anything to protect them. But what if one day you made a fateful mistake that could cost you your child’s life? You know you would never intentionally do anything to put them in harms way. You would never deliberately leave your baby strapped into their car seat, get out of your vehicle, lock the doors, and walk into your office to sit down and start your work day, knowing your entire world is in the backseat. You would never say “today looks like a good day to bypass my child’s day care provider and let them sit in the car by themselves with the windows rolled up.”  I'm Laura Beck and my son, Anderson, passed away on June 28th, 2022 after my husband, Aaron, unknowingly left him in the backseat of his car while he went to work. He found our baby after it was too late, and, in turn, he took his own life due to the guilt and heartache. Beck's Backseat to Change is a podcast dedicated to raising awareness surrounding hot car deaths and near misses, as well as bringing more focus on laws that need to be put in place to ensure our little ones are kept safe. Join me on this journey where I share stories, aside from my own, from other families that have lost their child due to a hot car death and people who have experienced a near miss. Let this podcast be a resource and extra layer of precaution on how to prevent these types of tragedies from happening.  If you have a story of your own experience and would like to share (anonymously if desired), please contact me by going to becksbackseat.com or message me directly on either Instagram at becksbackseatpodcast or Facebook at Beck's Backseat to Change.   Our stories are what will help bring more attention to these tragedies and show people who believe this could never happen to them, just how easily it can.
